Mulled Wine Recipe

Ingredients

1 jar Providore mulled wine spice mix

½ cup brown sugar

1 x 750 ml bottle Coward & Black Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon red wine.

Optional 2 tbs orange liqueur
Directions
Combine 1 cup cold water with pack of spice mix and brown sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
Increase heat to medium-high. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 5 minutes or until fragrant.
Add wine. Increase heat to medium-high. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in liqueur (if using).
Strain into heatproof glasses.
