Caramelised Apples with Cinnamon and Vanilla Verjuice

Ingredients

Providore cinnamon and vanilla verjuice

3 Granny-smith apples peeled and quartered

2 TBS Oil

2 TBS Raw brown sugar
Directions
Place apples in a bowl. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle over the raw brown sugar. Mix to combine.
Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 mins. Turning once. When soft and caramelised remove from oven and allow to slightly cool.
Drizzle with the cinnamon and vanilla verjuice and serve with a dollop of double cream or mascarpone. What a simple but amazing dessert.
