

Aromatic Seafood Risotto

Ingredients

Providore’s Aromatic Seafood Risotto Mix

Approximately 1 litre stock
-
2 Heaped tbsp spoon butter
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Parmesan Cheese
-
250g Prawns, Fish or Chicken – optional
Directions
Melt butter in a deep pan. Add contents of Providore’s Aromatic Seafood Risotto Mix & stir until rice appears glassy.
Fill the pouch with stock twice and place into another sauce pan. Bring the stock to boil and add a ladle full at a time to the risotto mix until stock is fully absorbed.
Add your choice of raw prawns, fish or chicken and cook until colour changes.
Season with salt & pepper and serve with parmesan cheese.
For something extra special, drizzle with Providore’s Chardonnay Verjuice.
