Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS: Serves 4
- 500g Baby spinach leaves
- 3 Tbs Providore’s Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbs Mount of Olives Pendolino Olive oil
- ½ C Toasted Walnuts or Pecans
- ½ C Cranberries
- Thin slices of Red onion
- ¼ C Goats Curd
METHOD:
Wash spinach leaves thoroughly and dry.
Add cranberries and nuts to spinach in large bowl.
Lightly season and toss with Mount of Olives Pendolino Olive oil and Providore’s Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar.
Spread out goats curd and sprinkle onion slices
Place salad on serving plates or in bowl and serve.
