Answer: Unfortunately at this stage Providore only has outlets in Western Australia. However, for those of you who can’t get to one of our stores, place an order online and we will deliver anywhere in Australia. Prices for postage are fixed through Australia Post.
Answer: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Providore’s online site does not accept payment with American Express.
Answer: Providore only sells and sends its goods within Australia. This is due to the fact we are a relatively small business and postage rates overseas are too high to make this option viable.
Answer: Through our online store many of the recipes are available to customers when they click on a product. If you cannot however find the recipe you were looking for, simply send us an email and we will forward you the recipe at our earliest convenience.
Answer: Providore no longer has a restaurant or cafe on site. The Margaret River Chocolate Company (just around the corner) offers great cafe style food for lunch and an amazing range of cakes and biscuits for those with a sweet tooth.
Answer: Providore does not extend wholesale prices outside of the company.
Answer: Groups are welcome to come to Providore, prior notice is appreciated so that we can have adequate staffing in place to ensure you and your group have a great time.
