Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg Raw Prawns, peeled & deveined
- 50 g Providore Garlic Prawn Marinade
- ½ C Providore Leccino Olive Oil
METHOD:Peel and devein prawns place into glass bowl.
Place in Providore Garlic Prawn Marinade and Leccino Olive Oil, mix well. Marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
Heat pan or BBQ to a high heat, cook prawns for 2-3 minutes or until just cooked through.
Remove and place on platter, enjoy with crusty bread and Providore Sweet Chilli Jam.
Serves 4 People.
(Other uses: Place in your breadcrumbs and use to crumb fish or chicken)
