Baked Rice Pudding

Recipe for a delicious Rice Pudding. 

METHOD:

Pour contents into a casserole dish and add 1.25 lt boiling water.

Stir and bake for 1 hour uncovered at 175C /165C fan forced

Allow to stand for 1 hour before serving.

Serving Suggestions – add ½ cup of sultanas and a diced peeled apple before baking. 

Serve with stewed seasonal fruits and Greek style natural yogurt for a delicious indulgent dessert or brunch.
