There is a minimum order of $75 for all online and phone orders. All orders are picked up by Australia Post on Mondays and Fridays. Please allow at least 14 working days for your goods to arrive.Postage only within Australia.

At Margaret River Providore we make all our own jams, preserves, pickles and sauces by hand in small batches on our farm in the heart of Margaret River's wine-growing region.

Our only rule is that whatever it is, whether it’s grown in our garden, orchard or olive grove, from the dairy fields of Tasmania or the bakeries of Paris; if we sell it, it has to be the best. Whatever you buy from Providore whether it’s a genuine French baguette, a creamy Tasmanian Brie or an intriguing Bolivian Quinoa you can be sure it is the very best available.

  • Shiraz Balsamic

    Salad Recipe

    INGREDIENTS:

    Serves 4
    • 500g Baby spinach leaves
    • 3 Tbs Providore’s  Shiraz Balsamic
    • 3 Tbs Mount of Olives Pendolino Olive oil
    • ½ C Toasted Walnuts or Pecans
    • ½ C Cranberries
    • Thin slices of Red onion
    • ¼ C Goats Curd


    METHOD:

    Wash spinach leaves thoroughly and dry.

    Add cranberries and nuts to spinach in large bowl.

    Lightly season and toss with Mount of Olives Pendolino Olive oil and Providore’s  Raspberry Balsamic  Vinegar.

    Spread out goats curd and sprinkle onion slices

    Place salad on serving plates or in bowl and serve.
