Lemon Curd (Lemon Butter) - Made with the luscious golden yolks of eggs from our own chickens and zesty fresh lemons from a team of local growers this is our best seller by far. Some of our lemon growers only have six trees. When they're ready they turn up with a couple of boxes and that's when we make Lemon Curd. Spread on fresh baguette, sourdough toast or on crunchy meringue with whipped cream.
