Our Apricot, Honey & Earl Grey Jam glows with the orange-yellow luster of fresh ripe organic apricots which we source from a small orchard in Nannup each year. Each jar of these 100% natural preserves is filled with pieces of Apricot , south west wildflower honey and essence of Bergamot . Delicious on toast, buttery croissants, scones or in sweet tartlets with natural Greek Yoghurt.
