  • Sunday Roast Lamb Rub- 100g

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 easy carve lamb leg
    • 100g Providore’s Sunday Roast Lamb Rub
    • Providore’s Garlic Olive Oil
    • 1 onion chopped
    • Salt & Pepper to taste

    METHOD:

    Mix Providore’s Sunday Roast Rub  with Providore’s Garlic Olive Oil in a bowl. Rub the mix all over the easy carve lamb leg and set aside to marinate for a few hours while you are preparing your vegetables or salad.

    Preheat your oven to 220°. Place roughly chopped onions into the base of a baking tray and lay lamb on top (this acts as a both a flavouring agent to your gravy and prevents the lamb from sticking to the base of the baking tray. Roast for 1 ½ - 2 hours (or to your liking.)

    Allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.

    Serve with your favourite Sunday roasted veg or salad.
