Blood Orange Oil Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS:
- Providore Choc cake mix
- 100ml Blood Orange Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2tsp Vanilla Essence
- 165ml Milk
- 165ml Boiling Water
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 160°C, grease a 23cm spring form cake tin. Sift the cake mix into a large sized bowl.
In a separate bowl combine oil, vanilla essence, egg and milk.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add the boiling water mix until a smooth batter is achieved.
Place in cake tin and bake at 160°C for 75-90 minutes.
Remove from oven when cooked. Let stand for 10 minutes before turning onto a cake rack to cool.
Enjoy a slice with a Providore Coulis or Dessert Sauce
