• Baked Rice Pudding



    Tip contents into a casserole dish and add 1.25lt boiling water.

    Stir and bake for 1 hour uncovered at 175c.

    (165C fan forced)

    Allow to stand for 1 hour before serving.

    Serving Suggestions - add ½ cup of sultanas and a diced peeled apple before baking. 

    Serve with stewed seasonal fruits and Greek style natural yogurt for a delicious indulgent dessert or brunch.
