Spring has sprung at Providore!

The cold dormant winter has finally finished and it’s time to get the garden ready for the bountiful warm summer ahead! The soil’s been dug-up and aerated and fertilized with organic manure from our chickens and we've now planted a feast of beautiful summer vegies:

Strawberries, Blueberries, Boysenberries, Raspberries, Tomatoes, Spring Onions, Red Onions, Beetroot, Broccolini, Broad Beans, Snow Peas, Carrots, Capsicum, Chilli, Eggplant, Zucchini, Fennell, Tatsoi, Leeks, Lettuce, Rhubarb.

So in a few months thanks to lots of spring sunshine and rain, these will all be ripe for the picking! And headed straight for our jams, chutneys and preserves... yum!
